Blooming Lotus Myofascial Release

About Maggie Lesnik, LMT

I am an Advanced Level Myofascial Release Therapist, The John F. Barnes Approach (MFR), in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, just south of West Palm Beach. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1995 and an MFR therapist since 2012.

Although I loved my work as a massage therapist and received great feedback from my clients, I became frustrated with the temporary results that many of my clients experienced using a variety of techniques. Those with chronic pain conditions tended to feel better for several days after each massage, but often ended up back where they had been by the time the next session came along. I was also frustrated with the incomplete results and continued chronic pain I experienced from the traditional therapies I received after three whiplash injuries.

I searched for something that was more effective. In January 2012, I knew I had found that technique during my first Myofascial Release seminar. I found my deeper calling with MFR. This was validated when my clients with chronic pain improved significantly after just one session, then continued to improve with consistent treatment.

I provide personalized care and take the time to understand the unique needs and goals of each client so they get what they need from each session. I truly care, which helps my clients feel comfortable so they can experience deep release and healing. My goal is to help each client feel their best, physically, mentally and emotionally. MFR supports the body’s unique path back to balance, mobility, and ease. It is ideal for those seeking lasting relief and a deeper sense of well-being.

Maggie was amazing! Not just during the session, but also with setting the expectations throughout and afterwards. I'll definitely be back.

I fell and injured my wrist badly. It was quite painful and an inflamed knot developed quickly. I have a physical job so I was concerned that I might not be able to work for days.

Maggie was able to treat it with MFR the same day. The next morning, the swelling was almost completely gone, as was the pain. I was able to work that day.
